Gagan Gujral founded Lama Consultants. He studied engineering at IIT Kharagpur and business at Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Across the strategy and venture-building work before this, the through-line is plain: he likes the part where something actually ships.

That is why the firm runs the way it does. One person scopes your build, builds it, and answers when it breaks six months later. No offshore teams, no subcontractors.
